Review
| Feature | What it does |

| Style review | Checks wording, terms and tone against the style guides you choose: Google, Microsoft and Healthcare. |
| Accessibility check | Looks for problems that make an article hard to read or use with assistive technology, such as skipped headings and unclear link text. |
| AI readiness check | Checks whether an article is organized so that an assistant or search tool can find the right part of it. It covers structure, code, images and tables, safety, metadata, freshness and clarity. |
| Article types | Adds checks for the structure that a quickstart, how-to guide, concept, reference, troubleshooting, release-notes or glossary article should have. |
| Recommended changes | Offers a one-click fix for many style findings. |
Read more: Reviewing your writing, Review an article, Accept recommended changes.

Publishing
| Feature | What it does |
|---|---|
| Save for publishing | Marks an article as ready for the next site update, without changing what readers see. |
| Publish site | Builds a new version of the site and makes it live when it is ready. The old version stays live until then, and if the build fails. |
| Site appearance | Choose a theme, a font, a site name and a logo for each site, or use your organization’s defaults. |
| Home pages | Set a home page for each site, with cards that point readers to the articles they will want first, and a home page for your organization that lists all of your published sites. |
| Your own web address | Each organization’s documentation is served from its own address. |
| Scheduled publishing | Publish automatically at times you set. |
| Release history | See each release’s status, warnings and who published it. |
| Rollback | Return a site, and its writing, to an earlier version. |

Ask AI
| Feature | What it does |
|---|---|
| Answers with sources | Readers ask a question and get an answer written from your published articles, with links to the pages used. |
| Honest answers | If your documentation does not contain the answer, Ask AI says so instead of guessing. |
| Tone and persona | Choose a professional, friendly, concise or formal tone, and describe who the assistant is. |
| Use in your own software | Connect Ask AI to your own applications with an API key. |
Read more: Ask AI, Configure Ask AI.

| Was this page helpful? | Every article on a published site ends with a thumbs up and a thumbs down, with optional reasons and a short comment. |
| Anonymous | Feedback never identifies the reader. |
| Summary | See totals, the most common reasons, and the pages with the most thumbs down. |
Read more: Reader feedback.
Organizing your work
| Feature | What it does |
|---|---|
| Organizations, spaces and knowledge bases | Group documentation by company, product or audience. |
| Style guides per space or knowledge base | Set the review rules once for a space, and let its knowledge bases follow them, or give a knowledge base its own. |
| Roles | Owners, admins, members and guests in an organization, and viewers, editors and publishers on a knowledge base. |
