Export an article

You can download an article as a Markdown file, a Word document or a PDF.

Steps

1. Open the article, in Authoring or on the Review page.
2. Select Download document on the editor toolbar.
3. Choose a format:
   • Markdown (.md)
   • Word document
   • PDF document

Result

The file downloads to your computer. The file is named after the article’s title. DocSpade confirms Word and PDF downloads with Word document downloaded. or PDF document downloaded.

The download contains the text as it is in the editor now, including changes you have not saved.

If an export fails, DocSpade shows Word export failed. or PDF export failed. Try again.
