Create a space

Use these steps to create a space in your organization. A space groups related knowledge bases, for example those for one product or team.

Before you begin

You must be an owner or admin of the organization.

Steps

1. Select Configuration in the top navigation.
2. In the Organizations list on the left, select your organization.
3. Select Create space. You can also select the folder icon next to Organizations.
4. Enter a Name for the space.
5. Select Create space.

Result

The space appears under your organization in the list on the left. Select it to configure the space, or create a knowledge base in it.
