Export the navigation

You can download a knowledge base’s navigation, its table of contents, as a file.

Steps

1. Select Authoring in the top navigation.
2. Choose the knowledge base in the Knowledge base list.
3. At the bottom of the Navigation panel, select Export TOC.

Result

A file named <knowledge base>-toc.json downloads to your computer. It lists the navigation items in order, and the knowledge base’s articles. DocSpade confirms with TOC exported.

The export includes the navigation as it is on your screen now, including changes you have not saved.
